The tealight holder have been trimmed thinly and carved out to imitate the texture similar to a tree bark. With the translucency properties of porcelain, the carved part of the tealight holder diffuse the light from the flame to set the mood in any room. The inside of the holder has been glazed with a clear glossy glaze while the outside remained unglazed.
Size, shape and carving may differ from one piece to another.
My pieces have been thrown on the wheel and although quite similar, variation in sizes and shape may happen. My wax burners are made out of Glacier Porcelain and Fired at high temperature to 1250C.
